cleaning polishing and chroming AGAIN

    ok guys so ive been at it again. ive attempted to clean the engine ive so far been able to get the top few fins. although im getting tired of trying, ive found out that the bottom fins were originaly painted black. has any one used varsol. or anything that would clean this thing up. i was contiplating bringing it somewhere and telling them to clean and chrome it.

    any ideas?

    I sandblasted my bike with glass beads to start and then sent some parts out for chroming, polished the aluminum parts using compounds and buffing wheels, and painted the rest black. If you take your time, the end result will be worth it and it'll also be easier on your wallet.
