coil question

    i had stock coils on my bike, then the one went bad. someone gave me accel coils so i put them on i noticed on the box it said for use with cdi systems. and my bike seemed to run fine with them on. i dont know if there is a difference between cdi/tci coils. the accel coil kit i got is 10404 . i dont want to ruin any by using the wrong coils

    Using a CDI coil kit on your TCI ignition can damage your ignitor. I wouldn't run it with those coils at all anymore.

    You need the #140403 coil kit from them.
