I started doing this for other things I was searching for but if you are scouring for parts or something this works for anything.

that is a search for any posts on craigslist (worldwide) with the string "xj650" in made in the last 24 hours, but on the left you can change this to be the last week, month or anytime. You can also change it from craigslist.org to ebay or just about any other site.

Another cool trick if you are using mozilla and you browse craigslist a lot is the add-on called Craigslist Image Prefetcher which shows any images in a post right on the search results page so you can see the all the images right there without clicking on individual posts.

The final craigslist search tool I will throw out there, is crazedlist.org. follow the instructions on how to disable firefox's refererid when you go there and this site allows you to search multiple citys or regions on craigslist all at once. The google trick I first mentioned kind of does this, but this site lets you select specific cities to search instead of craigslist global.

Craigshelper.com is pretty cool too. I think it's called searchtempest.com or something now, but the first link works as of right now. Basically you put in your zip and select how many mile area to search, and it pulls up all the results for you.
