Monday I ordered $160 worth of parts from Cycle Parts Warehouse.

On Wednesday I received an email that my card had been declined. After speaking to the bank I found out the charge had been declined because Cycle Parts Warehouse tried to authorize $680,000.

Wednesday I re-ordered the parts. The same day I received an email that parts could only be shipped to the billing address (I had specified delivery to my shop). I sent an email asking for confirmation that the order had been placed. I received no reply.

Thursday after a dozen attempts to get through on the phone (busy signal) I finally got through. They informed me that they can only ship to the billing address because the parts are back ordered. I asked for confirmation that the parts had in fact been ordered and was informed that the order was canceled because they can only ship back order parts to the billing address.

I've lost nearly a week because of their incompetence and poor communication. I won't order from them again.

I went ahead and spent the extra $1 and ordered from Cheap Cycle Parts who have always been flawless for me.

It's amazing some places stay in business.
