Okay! I've got the head drilled and heli-coiled so my exhaust will actually have something to bolt to. Does anyone have any advice on cleaning up all the aluminum shavings that are EVERYWHERE? The thought of having to brush them all out is a bit daunting. Thanks again!

You will need to thoroughly clean the head. This may require the dis assembly of the head to clean out the passages and ports. Suck it up, you NEED to insure you don't have any metal floating around the head. Your machine shop was a bit lazy, they should have given it back to you at least blown off...

Well, since I was the lazy machine shop, I can't complain too much. Okay, back to the Haynes manual. Next step, valve disassembly, lots o' cleaning, and reassembly.
