30? I'd be white-knuckled over 20. Very involved assembly/fabrication Polock. You have a short commute I assume. How much does the bike weigh with the batteries installed?

it added about 50 lbs to the bike, and does 0 to topped out (15mph) in about 40 feet, quite a rush if your not expecting it
no commuting with this, its for car cruses, pit bike duty, and general goofing around with
everyone who's ridden it came back with a ear to ear grin, and some stories about, back in the day
now i need some bar-end mirrors and some cards on the spokes

Neat, hope the memories it brings back are good ones (lost my teeth to a bicycle once, nasty scars). Inspiring, I just had a fellow offer me the complete gear box and batteries for a motorcycle conversion. I couldn't see hacking up a perfectly good bike for the application. Besides, he was having range issues too (25 miles on a good charge).
