doesn´t turn on

    my seca 550 doesn´t turn in the cold mornings, i have to put somo starter fluid on spray directly on a carb, and the seca turn on imediatly, after that i dont have any trouble during the day.
    what could be the problem??? it has brand new spark plugs and the carbs are sync, also the valves are ok acording to my mechanic, so i just want to know what i am missing.

    Outta curiosity, what does your mechanic mean by your valves are "okay"?

    Your carbs need their enrichment circuits and wells (located in the float bowls) cleaned.

    And what does your mechanic mean "the valves are ok?" Is he (and are you) aware that they need to be checked and adjusted every 5000 miles?

    Your valves are "okay" doesn't mean they might not be out of spec. And of course, if they are out of spec then your carbs need to be re-synced. Bigfitz is right. The enrichment circuits probably need to be cleaned.
