Is the steel drum liner replaceable on a 82' seca 18" rim?

Anything is replaceable if you have the money and somone skilled in the task. It'll be less expensive to get a different wheel though.
Is your drum worn so much that it it too thin to use?

I was just curious if anyone had to change it. Figured a used wheel would be the best option. I guess it's just press fit and bonded?

More likely shrink fitted like a cylinder liner. Heat the wheel, and drop the brake drum in before the wheel cools.

Having trouble with new shoes? Have had that before. Just grind away lip at edge of drum so new shoes will fit correctly. Or new wheel as k-moe stated
