    xj's don't have a mechanical advance like that kawasaki. need the tci to do that. maybe there's a different Dyna model that does

    Looking at their site it doesn't look like they do. Makes sense why it wont work for Xj's. For some reason i thought there was a kit that converted it to a mechanical advance. Not sure how or if that is even possible.

    I know Dyna do offer an electronically-controlled advance version that can be fitted to the non-mechanical advanced Suzukis.
    Looking here, I believe the Dyna 2000 is the one I've heard about, but what about the price? $400 and the rest.

    Yamaha is listed too, but no detail. I wonder if the 'Yamaha module' at $200+ is needed in addition to the base kit at $400+.
    Makes for a very expensive ignition.
    Seriously, if mine packs in, I'll look for other options, like that guy in New Zealand, who is very competitive.
