I had my bike dyno tested today. Thought I would just post it out here to show just how great these bikes really are. Bike hot off 10 mile expressway ride home.

    1985 XJ700n Maxim
    43,260 miles on Odometer
Air filter paper 2 years old

    Thats very nice .
But beyond it being illegible.. all that it actually claims is that yr motor Runs.
Dyno tests , especially the ones using a cheap ass Dyno Jet. The one where you Park the bikes rear wheel on a steel roller are uuuuh ..poor. Tire to roller losses vary dramatically.. as does operator skill
These are notoriously unreliable..(some say designed so, to give 'large;' number so the kids who pay for Dyno runs feel they get value for the price paid)
IMO their Only use is for tuning purposes, as in do a run then tweak something then do another run..all within an hour or 2.. the differences (if any) are then visible.

I am sorry to disapoint you.
I did it to get a baseline number as I am in the middle of doing major work and will be having it tested with each modification. I agree with your statement of losing to the rear wheel drum but since my engine doesn't have drive unit attached to the ground I feel a rear wheel baseline is adequate. I simply posted it to show the capabilities of a XJ700n on a certified dyno 21 years old at the rear wheel. The print out show 60 hp and 38lb-foot of tourque in case you can't read it.

What were the test conditions, and did you get a printout of the A/F ratio?.

The torque dip @ 5K may be a result of too much fuel at that point.

It is running extrememly rich. I beleive the highest point was about 15.5. The caps are still on the carbs.I am waiting for my colortune to get here and I got to find a valve tool before I worry about all that. I have a head in the shop getting extude honed as we speak so I wasn't too concerned with all the little info. I just wanted to get a baseline from the start with everything before I started changing parts. This is a totally stock (at the moment) run fresh off the highway to him. The only thing that isn't stock is the plugs and wires.

Danilo was molested by a Dynojet as a child

The performance work and shops I've dealth with say even the Dynojet 150 is a great Dyno, only bikes getting up in the power of Hayabusa's do you want to have someone sit on the back seat to help make sure it isn't overdriving the roller. But they tell me that cures any false readings.
Your 700 or even my 1100 doesn't make enough power to false read on a Dynojet 150.

I was just pleased to se about a 1hp loss per year of the bike, for the mileage and the abuse it has had. I thought 60hp was pretty good for a bone stock, 21 year old, high mileage 700.
