One thing that I would check is the battery.

I had similar issues with this and another bike.

The bike would spin with the jumper, but no spark.

I couldn't even pop the clutch.

I got the charger, put it on for awhile and zoom, the thing spun and started right up.

Oh, yeah, check the battery to make sure there is water in it before charging it.

Test to see that it isn't related to a Safety Relay issue.

Unplug the Relay that is under the tank closest to where the fastener that locks-down the tank is located.
    Place the Bike in Neutral.
    See if it starts.

Yes? Safety Switch / Relay problem.
Check all the connections and switches related to the Safety Circuit.

    No?
Other electrical problem requiring Ignition Circuit troubleshooting.

    Plug the Relay back in.

With the Bike on the Work Stand ... check to see that the Oil Level is topped-up to the top of the viewing window by the Brake Pedal.

Down in back of the engine ... under the airbox ... unplug the Sidestand Switch Pigtail from the Wiring Harness.

Inside the Headlight Bucket ... unplug the Clutch Lever Switch from the Wiring Harness.

    Try starting it.
If it starts you have a Safety Switch Stuck.
99 out of 100 times ... it's the Side Stand Switch.

If it don't start ... try giving it a shot of Starting Fluid Spray in the airbox inlet hole ... or, the unlighted gas of a Propane torch.

If it starts you have a Stuck Safety Switch and a Fuel Supply issue.
    Sort-out the electrical problem, first.

    Could be the Igniter.

Best way to find-out is to swap-out the Igniter for one you know is good.
    Try running the bike.

If the bike runs with the the swapped-out Igniter in place ... that's the problem!

ok i finally got it to run by cleaning all the plug its only getting spark on 1cyl and 4cyl which means that the other coil is bad i tested and it had an unreadble resistance in ohms- that means that the coil has a bad wire inside it not making contack i tested power to the coil and everything seems to work right i found out that the other was getting spark after i messed with the stator wires and thats what was causing the no spark and the coil being bad so ill replace the one for now
