You need a length of gear cable from the bicycle shop ($3) it needs to be over 1 mt (they are normally 1.2mt +) this should be 1.2mm dia.
A 6mm bolt, with some smooth shank, this will be 5.8mm dia, cut 2 pieces 6mm long, drill a 1.5mm hole in the centre & enlarge 1 side with a 2.5mm drill 2mm deep, feed onto the cable & un-twist some of the cable & splay out the stands then heat & solder, as shown in the picture, before the rough ends are trimmed back (grinding wheel in the Dremmell)
Leave the other bullet loose until you have the cable installed on the bike & you can get an exact length.

And you can use bicycle brake cable for your throttle.

I wouldn't. I still doubt bicycle cables' heat resistance. If an enrichment cable hangs up because the inner sheath melted, no biggie.

Much bigger deal if it's a throttle cable. Bicycles don't generate the kind of heat a motorcycle engine does...

Your wiring loom will melt before the cable sheathing will. And you won't be going anywhere anyway...

Most, if not all, modern bicycle cables/cable housings have a teflon sheath I believe. Teflon has a melting point of 621 °F. I think you'll be cooking more than the cable if it is getting that hot between your legs ...
