enrichment circuit

    It's your "choke", it allows for an easy cold start. it's the 4 brass valves that a lever and forks pull on.
    I think it draws from the "pilot" well, then the fuel gets mixed with air, then is discharged downstream from the throtle plates.

    Not sure what you mean about it "drawing from the pilot well" but it draws from the bottom of the float bowl. When you remove the float bowl you will see a small brass tube that fits into a hole in the float bowl. This is the draw tube for the enrichment circuit. So call because it enrichens the fuel mix rather than restricting air like a "choke".
