Hi, could anyone help , doing some work on my FJ600 1985 ( same as XJ600 ) USA spec, it needs a new exhaust system, I want to fit a 4 in 1 system, does any one know if a XJ550 4 in 1 would fit the FJ/xj600 series , as far as I know they are pretty much the same layout etc .

    Many thanks,
    Neil.

I used to run an FZ600 exhaust on my 550 Seca. If the FZ600 and FJ600 exhausts are interchangeable then the 550 Seca exhaust should fit your bike.

The 550 Seca exhaust rear mounting point is a lot closer to the engine than on the 600 though. You would probably have to fab up a rear mount.

A better bet might be the fz600, that is the same engine as xj/fj and might just need slight adjustments to mounting.Looking on ebay plentiful available.
I have a motad neta 4-1 fitted to my xj at present. Can be quite pricey as new.
