I'm getting ready to get rid of the shocks n the brace the shock mounts to. I do have one ? And probably should have found this out before I started cutting. But how can I find the original ride height?

my xj750k manual lists my minimum ground clearance as 5.3 inches. I am guessing that is under the factory exhaust collector.
