    I have a 85 maximx 700 .on the frame it has xj..This I assume means that is an xj700 is this a correct assumption. Also I have a gemini motor is anyone familar with this motor :?:

    I wish I could post pics. but atlas im just a poor man. plus my computer is as old as my bike.lol not really that old but close. I get on my computer at work to chat with you guys.and its been great I hope to help someone as much as you all have helped me. someday

    Hmmm...

    Do you have a radiator? If so, it is the X version with 5 valves, and it is liquid cooled.

    I believe that the X's had a Genesis motor. It is very similar to the FZ's genesis motor. I don't remember if 85 is before they named it though.

    I have never heard of Gemini. Sorry...

    Hmmm good show on the research.. I wonder if I pulled some mumbers off the bike and ran them would that be conclusive.?
