Fine tuning without a colortune

    A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away....

    Rickcomatic posted some very detailed info on tuning and fine tuning processes without using a colortune. I had printed out this info and used it many times... Now I can't find it (it was in the middle of a thread). Haven't been able to find it... Any help is appreciated

    After the lean drop method, you then go back and read the color of the plugs. There is a method for that as well and it takes some practice, which is why we tend to reccomend the Colortune. Dont' shy away from learning the old ways though. They still work.

    Reading plugs works great. Albeit much slower i would presume. Ive never used a color tune. All the old school guys i ask about it say it just sounds like a gimmick lol but yall know how stubborn old men can be
