FJ600 Almost success

    Got the new main jets of the correct size and put them in.

    With the correct jets, it started with choke and idled. Throttle worked normally and evenly.

    The "almost" part comes from the fact that there was a steady stream of gas from the left overflow tube.

    So, floats need to be set. No surprise here, I didn't think I was done, just wanted to see a little bit of progress.

    You probably just filled the crankcase up with gas too.

    Give it the "sniff test."

    I will, certainly, check.

    I think the tubes are there to prevent exactly that, though.

    If it's puking enough gas to come out the "overflow" tube it could also have puked enough gas down the intake tract to pollute the oil.
