I've never set float heights before and I have read that it's easy but i think i'm a bit dumb because I don't really understand how to do it? What's the difference between dry and wet setting? I've had the carbs off and held them upside down and tried to measure from the edge of the carb to the bottom (top when inverted) but the measurement seams a bit hit & miss? Am I missing something? is their an idiot proof way to do it?

My bike bogs down sometimes when pulling a way from a standing start (from a red light is common). I have to rev it and slip the clutch to get going... then all is fine. I'm thinking that it may be flooding/too much fuel on one or more carbs almost as if it's on choke??

    Any help/advice would be appreciated
