I'm replacing my seals and I noticed one fork kind of catches when I slide it back and forth. I took it apart (again) and nothing is really binding. I'm not sure I'd the bottom part of the fork is warped from heat or what?

I just put everything back together. Not much I can do about it.

It does slide all the way in back and forth, it just kind of sticks in the middle.

You guys think this is going to end up a big issue?
I'd need new forks to fix this I suppose?

    Thanks!

There are several things that can cause binding: damaged oil locks (the aluminum doohickey that the damper rod fits into) will tip the damper rod so that it binds midway through its travel, worn bushings (Chacal has new replacements), overaggressive use oof a bench vice can put the lower fork legs out of round, damaged or bent damper rod.
