    I believe those are some of the more rare Yamaha's, but it does appear to need a fair amount of work. Pipes look pretty rusty, brake lines look to be original, needs a tune up is code for needs more than a tune up! But you got to love the mean style and look of those Midnight Specials..I'd offer $700 after a good check up to rule out major issues.
