    What is that shroud thing on the Atari? I want one. Might change my mind about getting rid of it if I added that, looks kinda cool.

    Also, what is the thing down low on the frame, behind the front wheel? Running lights? I can't really make out details.

    A dude here just sold one NOS! It's like the next best thing to having a fairing, i almost wish i had one, might do good to protect the speedo from sun damage as well!

    I believe it's a "gauge hood".

    Lower 48 in general. Otherwise Central Mitten.
    It is called a gauge visor, or gauge shroud.

    Keep an eye out on ebay. They show up once in a while.
