    Hi there,

I'm having some trouble re-installing my front brake caliper...I've just purchased new pads from Chacal, but when put the caliper back on WITH the the pads, the fit is very very tight. Is this normal!? The front wheel can hardly move because the brake is so tight.

P.s. I haven't installed the brake line yet, just put the caliper back on.

    Thanks

No that is not correct! Either the caliper piston is seized in its bore, or you have over-tightened the caliper mounting bolt and the caliper is no longer able to "pivot" within its mount.
