Looking to replace the old tube fuses with blade type. Not sure what type to get. Is it a basic generic box or does it have to be certain type, amps, wires, etc. Sorry for the stupid question but dont want to fry the bike.

Chacal at xj4ever sells a nice fuse box, you can get a wire kit with it too. Or any 4 slot or more box that can handle a 20 and 3 10 A fuses will work. or you can put individual inline fuses in.

Go with the blade-style fusebox. The fuses are more durable. That eBay one for $42 is pretty spendy. See what Chacal has. I got mine at NAPA for about $20.

Get the fuse box at an auto store like oreileys/autozone/advance/etc.

Then pick up some crimp connectors, or you can solder/shrink wrap it.

Then, grab the fuses out of a car next time you're at a junkyard. Beats having to buy a 5 pack of each rating, lol.

I got mine converted to blades several years ago and the mechanic retained the original Yamaha fuse box.
