I'm getting close to having a limited production design completed for an ATM-LP blade fuse card you can retro-fit into your OE fuse box. Interested in any feedback on this.

How the basic kit would install:

Snip the wires from the fuse holder clips and strip the ends.
Cut off the clip holders so you have a flat base.
Stick the new fuse board down with included 3M tape.
Solder the wires down to pads in the same order as the original fuses.

I will silk screen the titles into the boards and provide fuses based on OE spec.

I suspect the price point to be around $60 including a couple feet of flux-core solder for you to solder with. I have some more sourcing and design work to do before I can nail it down.

I am looking into a "deluxe" board kit that uses a harness connector as well. It would include an 8-pin crimp terminal and housing set for the wiring harness. Connector would be similar to the 8-pin on the harness. The board would have a connector soldered onto it and setup up for the model's wiring. A pin-out would be provided for crimping the harness connector.

Looks like I may be able to make a short run of these for around $40 plus shipping.

I've gotten everything sourced. I can have these produced in a week or so. Price for the basic kit would be $45.00 including fuses with 1 spare 10A and 1 spare 20A low-profile fuse. If there is interest in this I will make a batch and demo the product and install on my XJ550. Warranty would be 90-days for workmanship. The only thing that can fail would be the solder joints for the fuse sockets.
