Ok so I've done a wet set and everything is good. Now when I got everything back on the bike I have two carbs still leaking quite a bit. So I took them off and back to the carb rack they go. Now after closer investigation one carb is leaking from the bowl and I'm assuming its the needle and seat? Anyway to make those seat better? Now for the real conundrum.... Gas is leaking between carb 1 and 2 right at the connection. I'm guessing there is an o ring in there that has gone bad. So I am assuming I have to break the rack for that? Any help would be amazing.
    Thanks
P.s. I think the devil invented carbs :/

You often need to replace the o-ring on the outside of the valve seat itself. Plus be sure to inspect/polish the valve seats.

If it's leaking from the junction between the distribution pipe and the carbs, then yes you will need to break the rack to fix it.

Ok replaced the Orings and polished the seats. Now when I did a wet set nothing leaked and everything was looking good. Then when I put it on the bike and ran it. Gas started pouring on the garage floor. I think it came from the air box. The gas was running out of the two little ports on the air side of the carbs. This was only happening on carb number one.
Anyone have any ideas on what this problem is now?

Sounds to me like you have a couple floats that are still sticking or fuel levels on those 2 carbs are waaay too high. Did you replace the needle and seats? If not you definitely should now. Keep in mind the aftermarket needle is like 1mm shorter (I think) than the original so this will definitely mean wet setting floats again.

Oh, and if gas is leaking out the airbox side it may also be leaking out the other side into your engine. Check your oil level and take a big whiff - you definitely need to drain & put fresh oil in (after fixiing the carb issue) if it smells like gas
