Gas tank emblem placement

I just had my gas tank painted on my 1982 XJ750 Maxim and have new Yamaha emblems to place on the tank sides.

I would like to stick them in the correct position, but I have no reference to where they should go. Please don't tell me to stick them anywhere. I want the same position that came from the factory.

Can anyone send me the measurements of where the Yamaha emblems should go?

Could someone at least tell me the distance from the front of the gas tank to the front of the emblem? And maybe the bottom of the tank to the bottom of the emblem? Also, is the emblem level? If I were to take a small level at the top or bottom of the emblem, would it be level?

 

Am I asking too much? Why can't I get any help?

Here's some dimensions. Tank is sitting flat on the bottom flanges, petcock removed. Measurement from the front is from a vertical plane pushed up against the front of the tank. Overall the emblem is inclined 3 degrees, with the front higher than the rear (on the bench....not on the bike).

Some flexible tape measurements also there, measured from the seam, not the tip of the flange, in case you want to do it without removing the tank.
