OK guys I'm having a hard time finding gaskets for my 82 xj 750 rite now I need the shifter side transmission cover gasket where do all of you order your gaskets from? I know I can just make them but I'd rather buy the one for it...

If you are having a hard time finding gaskets you must be looking with your eyes closed. A simple internet search will give you pages of suppliers.
XJ4ever, Amazon and EBAY top the list.
You can easily make your own also. The auto parts store has compressed gasket material to make one.

Is the gasket for the shifter side transmission cover the same for a XJ550 and the XJ750? If so, I have a brand new one that I got from Chacal but didn't need. If it is the same, you can have it for shipping/handling.
