gaskets

    :?: im rebuilding my xj650 engine, my ? is, do i use gasket sealer on my new cam cover gasket or will it seal good enough on its own, Irish XJ owner & lover, thanks in advance .

    "glue" it to the cover with sealer, and smear silicone grease or similar on the down side. Then you should be able to re-use the gasket the next time you pull the cover.
