    normally i try to steer clear from the cheapo depot ebay specials, but i'm in a wicked pinch, and my foam UNI pods have rubbed a huge hole on either side where my leg hits.
    if anyone's used them, let me know your results.

    I have a set of these on my bike (81 550 Seca) and they seem to work fine.

    A PO had changed over to foam pods, but they had deteriorated so badly that they were literally falling apart (2 of them were partially or completely gone...).
    I replaced them with a set that look exactly like the ones you linked to (EMGO brand I think though) because they were what was available at one of the local bike supply places.
