head light bucket or shell first bike also.

    :( just aquired a late 1981 possible 1982 yamaha maxim 750 for the right price (free). had been backed into and instrument cluster, headlight bucket or shell, signal lights, shifter linkage, and back fender are bout all that wrong with it .

    only thing i have not found online or on ebay is the headlight shell or bucket. this is square or rectangular light.

    bike has sat for quite some time and wiring harness connection are somewhat corroded so this will be a frame stripped restoration .

    any help with parts or just general knowledge will be greatly appreciated,

    i have made living as a mechanic so should be able to understand any info sent my way .

    this is my first bike though, so bear with me


    will post pics as we go.
