Any good tips on removing exhaust header bolts without snaping them off? Some just do not feel like there going to turn out without problems.

    use Kroil.

I have been fortunate. Removed the bolts from two or three engine heads myself without any issues...

yep some good penetrating oil and a propane or map gas torch with my cordless impact always saves a headache of breaking bolts and nuts

The last thing you want to use on rusty old bolts/nuts is a impact. THE quickest way to break one off for sure unless your talking about the handheld mechanical hammer impact driver.

    DO NOT use an impact.

Not that you would be able to fit one in there anyway.

Use kroil, amazing stuff, just spray it on each siezed bolt everyday for a week, and then give it a shot.

If they start to losen, work them back and forth, tight then loose, to make sure you dont snap one off.

Or, if you have access to a mapp/oxygen torch such as this: http://www.neobits.com/bernzomatic_3316 ... MgodUBsAdg

Then heat up the studs/nuts red hot, and then try removing them, should come off real slick then.

you want to heat up the nuts only/mostly so that they expand more than the studs so they come off, if they both expand then you're no further ahead, DON'T get the stud RED hot cause it will stretch or shear off the end. getting them RED hot makes everything weaker.
