headlight 84 xj650

    dumb question coming. I have a sealed beam on my 84 xj650. Can a car/truck head light be used as long as it fits into the housing.
    or should i just change the whole assembly to a modern system.

    I would replace it with a Hella H4 modular "system" you'll be amazed at the improvement.

    I replaced mine with a sealed beam Halogen from Wal*Mart. Much better light and at the time it was about $9.
