Headlight not working and oil light stays on

Okay need help on where to start now. The headlight doesn't work period, doesn't get voltage to the plug. The hi beam indicator light doesn't either. Also, the oil light comes on when the run switch is turned to on and doesn't go away when the bike starts. The oil switch worked fine when I took the bike apart in the winter.

Now I ask, Its an 82 xj650 maxim, could both of these be relays that have gone bad? If so anyone help me out with their specific locations and identifying wires at the relay so I don't kill new ones.

FYI I am the harbanger of death when it comes to electrical work....usually. I can and do know how to use a multimeter, I'm just horrible at troubleshooting and/or modifying.
