Hitachi Carburetor Jet sizes

    Does anyone have a chart (accurate measurements) of the hole sizes in the Hitachi carburetor fuel jets? Would be nilce to know. Thanks in advance for your input. Jack

    can you confirm though that a 120 Hitachi jet is 1.2 mm as I am not so sure it is !!!. I dont have any other jets to try but I have just checked a 43 pilot jet it it comes out at .39 mm

    Not all manufacturers use this chart for sizes. Check that you have Hitachi jets in the Hitachi carbs. I know a Dynojet #130 is not the same as a Keihin #130 etc...

    It's not at all uncommon to find the wrong Jets installed in used Carbs.

    People swap Jets to fix Float Pillar damage and often overlook the AIR Jets.
    And, its quite common to find the AIR Jets reversed after a major cleaning, due to a misprint in the Haynes Manual.
