    will the plastic frame covers off a 650 maxim fit on a 750 maxim???

    Nope, I don't think so. Also, you don't want those side covers, the 750 Max has the best side covers, in my not so humble opinion. They have an aluminum ring around them that can be polished, only 750 and 1100 Maxims have that. If you don't find those, I would just do something custom, rather then trying to fit a plastic cover off some other bike.

    They do come up on ebay, and I even saw a rare right side one at a used parts place here in Portland(I posted about it here) I got mine from a forum member. But yeah, pretty rare for the right one. I bolted mine on so it doesn't get stolen.

    yeah, ihave the original covers on my 750... i'm changing the rear fender to a bobbed style, gonna change the seat and i'm gonna need to come up with something to cover the sides under the seat . i'm thinking of either keeping the original triangles and filling the gap between the seat and cover or fabing up new covers. I just want it to look clean...still thinking about what i'm gonna do
