    Hi Darren, Pretty sure it's about 10 stone, 63 kgs or, if you prefer, about 140 lbs - Too much for me to carry on my own although I'm a 150 lb weed. Possible though with the head and cylinders removed.

    awesome ya i can do it but its not easy i hated swapping them and just having to lift them in and out

    I'm 180. My brother was late to help pull my motor. I was able to lift it out. I'm lucky to have long arms. Getting a good grip is the key. You can lay the bike on its side also and slide it out. Be sure to have a pad or something to set it on not concert haha.

    that would be useful i would just get it next to it straddle the bike and lift it in.

    I'm spoiled I have a electric winch in the middle of the garage. I use it to lift the bike on to the bike lift and to lift the mini bike on to a table to work on it.
