    Hi Huys,

I,m a dad of 2 kids from Europe (Holland) and I'm hoping to find here some solutions............. ;-)

Because my Yamaha XJ700S Maxim 1986 is steering to the right, I want to
try if there's a problem with the oil in the front fork.
What is the easiest way to fill the fork with oil?
Before I try other things it's good to know what it's not.
I'm not a mecanic but want to do as much as I can to keep my bike riding.
If money was no issue, I let my bike make by a professional but I hope to find some answer here.
May be someone can tell me also in simple englisch how to repair a front fork and know were I can by the needed parts.
    Thanks!!! :)

First thing I'd do is check the wheel alignment, get a straight edge -piece of wood or similar- even string, and hold it along the back wheel, then check the distance between the wood and the front wheel. it should be identical on both sides.
