Hello. Carbs from '84 XJ750R Seca Model HSC 33. Not worth rebuilding but still hopefully have salvageable parts.

My '82 XJ750 Maxim Has HSC 32 carbs. It appears the enrichment shaft, spacers, cable brackets, enrichening plungers, brass cap nuts and rubber caps are identical to the the HSC 32. Am I right?

I don't have a spare HSC 32 idle screw to compare, but are they a match?

    Are the diaphragms the same?
    Slides?
The linkages and synchronization adjustment screws from the HSC 33 look Identical to the HSC 32. Can I swap them?
Are the Throttle shafts the same diameter? Thanks.

    - enrichment shaft is different (wider overall, with different spacing for the lifter brackets). All of the other parts associated with the choke system are the same.
    - idle speed screws are the same.
    - diaphrams are the same, vac pistons are different (weight)
    - synch screws and springs are the same
    - throttle shafts are all the same diameter, and shaft #1 and #4 will interchange between HSC32 and 33 carbs, but the #2 and #3 shafts differ between HSC32 and HSC33 carbs. The removable END BRACKETS on the #2 and #3 throttle shafts are the same between 32- and 33-series carbs.
