I have spring fever REAL bad right now. We've had temps upper 60's to near 80 for a few weeks now and then low and behold, I went to work this morning and boom, we had SNOW. This area of N.C. had a really big time blizzard back in 1993 so I guess I shouldn't be too surprised. But it hurts just the same. My Lord, I was on my bike just 2 days ago (alittle chilly but I was on it).

    Just ranting and raving

Man, you are lucky. I can't wait or the temps to go above freezing. Today we were about -5C (~ 23 Fahrenheit) with snow still on the ground and I saw a scooter rider 8O 8O 8O. I had to take a double look to verify. After all this is the first day of spring :D.

Yeah, we had nice weather pretty much all winter, and now it's cold and nasty for the first few days of spring...

Sorry if I sound a little spoiled but I hate it, I WAS. Theres no snow invited to my spring fever, (sno-cones excluded). My rides have (all but 1) involved gettin' the leather on but it was still decent. I don't have enough leather to ward off what we have no and they keep screaming SNOW!!! (No offence Snosheriff LOL)

The snow here has finally melted in the last week. I had about 2 feet in the back yard and piles about 6 feet high I shovelled off the driveway. My bike season usually runs from May through Sept.

Ah, snow...... I think I remember that stuff. White powdery stuff that soon turns to brown slushy stuff. Haven't seen any of that for about twenty years. :D

    I do miss it sometimes..........NOT.

You should all move to Oz. Nearly year rond riding weather if you don't mind the occaisional rain in winter.

Geez, I'm such a stirrer sometimes.

We had 2 inches snow here in our village back in January, first snow for 50 years they said. Huge excitment, young and old out playing in it. The neighbors banged on our door wanting the English to come out and see it. They were taking group photographs around a little snowman they had made but by 11.30am it had all melted away.

Hired goon, an inch of snow still brings the uk to a halt or it did last time I was there.
