Idle Issue

    When the bike is cold it runs great, but if I sit in traffic for a few minutes and it warms up. The bike will start to rev to 3500-4000 rpm, if it is above 2000 rpm. If I start to let the clutch out and force it to go down to 1200 rpm and pull the clutch back in it will stay at 1200 rpm. I can also make it go down to 1200 RPM by reving it to 6000 rpm and letting off quick. Any Ideas on what could be causing this?
