I recently rebuilt my carbs on my xj650 rj. When I was putting them back together I noticed a couple of washers and orings very small. Is there an o ring and washer on the idle screw along with the spring? I have been into the carbs before and can't remember if there was or not. The diagram on the cd isn't crystal clear on this. I couldn't find all the washers and orings either so maybe they werent their in the first place.

If by idle screws you mean the pilot mixture screws then yes. Correct order is first a spring goes on the screw followed by a washer and then an oring.
