Somehow one of my ignition coils (2+3) went out. I also had to get my carbs cleaned. When crunk my XJ600 would suck up and spit out oil around the intake for those cylinders. I was told it was because of the malfunctioning coil. I got new coils but it is still not running correctly. Someone said cranking two many times with the bad coil could burn out that side of my CDI. IS DAT Possible, that I may need a new CDI. I also got a multimeter and attempted testing the terminals to the coils. 1+ 4 are getting a spark. My Multimeter continuity test goes off when I touch the terminals for 2+3 but not for 1+4. My manual says that it will go off/beep when the resistance between the leads are lest than 120. Could this be the CDI, ignitor, resistor or other part that may be causing this problem? How can I check the CDI to make sure? I appreciate any assistance available.

Somehow I decided my Cylinders 2 + 3 are getting a spark but it is a very low spark. At first it wasn't gettin any. Could dat be a wiring problem or something with the CDI, pulse generator, or something else? I'm very puzzled and confused on this issue?
