When installing the rear wheel, do I have to tighten the pinch bolts on the right side first and then the big axle nut on the left side, or the opposite?

I noticed that the whole rear wheel tend to slide too much to the left if I tighten the big nut first, is there something missing?

When in place, all things tightened, is the rear wheel suposed to be automatically centered correctly between swingarm arms? Mine isn't, but I'm sure I put back all parts I removed with the wheel...
