Intake Manifolds

    83 Maxim 750 - I have at least two manifolds (outer) leaking at the head interface. Given all the discussion of broken cap screws, I really don't want to try to remove them. Is there some type of sealant that I might be able to get in the crack well enough to stop the leaks and stand up to the heat without manifold removal?

    On 2 wheels... just lost my hat.
    actually, someone posted a trick those bolts
    get an air duster can, turn it upside down and freeze the bolt. then take a propane torch and heat the head around the bolt (stay away from the rubber) and the bolt should free easily.
