While unbolting header #2 my flange split in half, the pipe is in great condition minus the flange. Is there a way to remove the random bolt at the bottom of the header pipe and put on a replacement flange? Figured i ask before i attempt it and break something.

In case i cant fix it, does anyone know what exhaust headers will fit an 82 xj650 maxim? other bikes makes, models etc...

I think the differance between 2 and 3 is the test port angle

I believe all 4 pipes are different in their overall bend angles, i.e. #1 is a mirror opposite of #4, and #2 is a mirror-opposite of #3. You might be able to jam a #2 pipe in place of the #3 pipe (and same for #1/#4) but you may end up with an exhaust leak at the bottom of the pipe, where it goes into the "collector" (I realize that the 650 Maxim doesn't have a traditional "collector", but the same thought applies).
