Introduciing myself

    Hi, i am a new member from England. My bike is an '89 XJ600 (Shown here if I have managed to reduce its size to a sensible resolution).

    I have not had it long, the PO was a complete wally who had removed the air filter and fitted some pantyhose instead! At least he's bought a new seat cover for me to fit.

    The bike will be my ride to work - although work is so close I am inventing longer ways to get there. It has done 48000 miles and despite the awful cheap tyres handles well and I am getting used to throwing a bike around again.

    So far - apart from the swing arm bearings, dodgy low speed carbs and duff battery it's great with a good riding position and plenty of get-up-and-go at 7000rpm!!!

    Hey all, new user from Maryland!

    Just bought my first motorcycle today, a 1982 Seca 750!

    Kinda tall for me (I'm 5'6), but still an awesome bike!!
