Anybody ever try this. I have a piece of clear gas line that fits snug inside YICs port. Plugged on one end with a bolt and a Schrader valve on the other. Take Bolts on each side of head out out of YIC port.Insert tube through all the way then put bolt and clamp on. Put pressure in tube from pump to expand and it fits tight. Gonna try it today if no rain. Wont allow me to up load pic.

Don't worry about using the tool for YICS system. If you do a good job on the sync it will be good even without using the tool. Most of the YICS owners don't use the tool.

    Thanks for the heads up!
Im going to try my invention thou just to see if it will work. If so People that do want to use the tool can make it for about $5 bucks.I had stuff laying around so cost me $0 3/8 OD 1/8 id hose. Old schrader valve a rubber cap coupl hose clamps Bike air pup to inflate. The end with the screw has a rubber cap from some pin I found. I put hose through port out other hole, Then screw in the screw which seal that end. then 20 psi. it fits tight in port Will let everyone know if it works. I will spray carb cleaner to see if its leaking vacuum. [IMG]

Just be careful that the tubing is rated for high temp. I have a couple variations of the tool, one diy and one purchased. The diy version was made with PVC and started to melt pretty quickly. The purchased version is brass and I think silicone plugs, but even that one will become difficult to remove if you take too long and things start to get really hot. A couple times it has jammed in so tight from the heat that I was afraid it wouldn't come out. If your tubing starts to melt, it's going to be a heckuva mess to clean out.

My research has found the clear vinyl tubing I have wont melt but may deform so i am going to Switch to high-temperature silicone tubing (3/8" or 1/2" OD, rated 300–500°F continuous) Should be fine. Vinyl in short runs would be ok though. If it ever stops raining I will try it. Will Video results.
