    Hi guys,
    Does any of you have a picture and dimensions of original JDM VIN number plate of XJ from 1981 or around?
    Mine is not visible any more, so I need to make a replica.

    So far as I know there was no plate. The frames were stamped with the VIN on the right side of the headstock. This is true for North American delivered machines anyway.
    The number on the frame is the same as what is stamped on the engine cases, unless the engine was replaced.

    I can make decals here in Poland, but If there wasn't any originally on my bike, than it make no sense.

    1981 JDM Xj750 (Seca in North America). No Sticker or VIN plate, just the frame stamping.
