    ...you know you've waited too long to replace your front wheel bearings when ball bearings fall all over the floor after removing the speedo drive.

    I'm not kidding you - this happened just this last Wednesday.

    My camera is not working so I didn't get a shot of the old bearings but I'm kind of surprised the front wheel didn't lock up on me last year.

    Needless to say I replaced everything in there and now it's all nice and tight.

    Not surprisingly the bike rides a little smoother now. :D

    Now I gotta work on those tail lights...
